A Karachi family drama closed to the year’s highest weekday rating
The finale did not invent a new formula. It just refused to rush the last three episodes.

Sunday’s finale of the year’s most-watched family drama did something Pakistani primetime rarely allows: it gave the last three episodes room to breathe. Ratings firm Medialog said the weekday number was the highest of 2026 so far.
The lead, speaking after the broadcast, declined to confirm a second season. “Some houses should stay closed,” she said, which is either a no or the best possible teaser.
