The Youth Business Loan is one of the few federal products that still has budget left this fiscal year. That is why the portal is busy — and why incomplete files are being returned within days rather than sitting in a pile.
Eligibility, in plain language
- You are 21–45 and hold a valid CNIC.
- The business is new or expanding, not a refinance of an old personal loan.
- You have no record of wilful default.
- Your plan names a real market, not a slogan.
Documents that actually get read
A one-page plan, a simple cost sheet, and proof of a workspace (owned, rented, or family) outperform a 40-page template downloaded from a Facebook group. Partner banks told Manzar they reject most files for missing utility bills and unsigned personal guarantees, not for weak ideas.
Timeline
A complete digital file is typically screened in 10 working days. Interviews happen at the partner branch you selected. Disbursement, if approved, arrives in two or three tranches tied to equipment or inventory invoices.
